FOUNDER & OWNER

Amy Eckhardt is the founder and owner of Elite Legacy Services, LLC. She is a graduate of McKendree College with a BBA in Accounting and a Masters in Business Education. She has been providing insurance planning locally in Illinois and Missouri since 2007. She is also the owner of Legacy Health Solutions, which provides Group Health Insurance to Employers. She is passionate about helping business owners customize their benefit plan to fit the company’s needs and attract successful employees. Amy started the Third Benefit Administration Company as a call to frustrated employers who wanted more control over their benefits and premiums, and created an alternative to the typical employer benefit plan - to assist employers in their strive to reduce the continuously rising premiums but still offer employees attractive, comprehensive and usable health benefits. Amy is a resident of O’Fallon, IL and spends her spare time with her family and children.

ASSISTING AGENT

Jackie Edmondson is a health insurance agent, licensed in IL and MO. Jackie is currently completing her Bachelors in Human Resources Administration, and adds to our team 8+ years of sales and customer support experience. Jackie is specialized in Employer Group Health Insurance Planning and also assists in the administration of the HRA, HSA, and FSA accounts. She is able to assist in every step of the process from strategizing in the plan building process, to plan implementation, and plan service. She is a great point of contact for any Employer or Employee questions. She has been a Collinsville resident for 30 years, and is a mom to 3 children and 3 fur babies. She loves to spend her free time with family and friends outdoors as much as possible.

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Kelsey Seim is our customer service manager, and the first person you will most likely speak with when contacting our office. She is an energetic admin with 8+ years of experience in office management and duties, and strives to give the very best customer service possible. Whenever she isn't answering the phone or assisting clients, she can be found snuggling her 6 month old daughter or spending time with family and friends.
